Hours: Monday Friday / 830am 5pm (we are flexible start and finish times can be agreed with Line Manager) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Reports to: Maintenance Manager Location: Dungannon The Role The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities across our Dungannon Site to ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support efficient production.

The role coordinates internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, manages maintenance records and spare parts through the CMMS, and supports continuous improvement while ensuring all activities meet health, safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime. Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. Carry out maintenance tasks, basic tool work, and minor repairs. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential faults. Support equipment improvements and upgrades to improve reliability. Order, source, and maintain stock of essential parts, tools, and materials. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely maintenance support.

Maintain the CMMS (Limbo) and accurate maintenance records. Ensure maintenance activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements. Support continuous improvement, cost control, root cause analysis, and efficient maintenance practices. Essential Criteria GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics Previous experience in a similar maintenance position.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Maintenance Management systems Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision as part of a team Collaborative team player with the ability to work coherently with colleagues. Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work.

Desirable

Criteria Engineering qualification (mechanical/electrical). Experience within the food industry. Understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and health & safety compliance. Strong maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management skills. Strong continuous improvement mindset.
