Your mission is to join an award-winning team (Best People Team, CIPD NI Awards 2023) as HR Officer for People & Culture. The principal aim is to create and facilitate a market-leading colleague experience for everyone who works for the Fibrus group of companies. Our People Strategy is based on three pillars: enabling people to believe in our mission and values, helping them become who they want to be, and fostering a true sense of belonging where they can be themselves.
As HR Officer, you will focus on driving engagement across various departments and divisions, implementing market-leading practices from a people management and policy perspective, acting as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to all.
Who We're Looking For:
- Exceptional candidate with a solid HR background and a desire to add true value to the colleague experience in the Viberoptix business unit.
- CIPD qualified with experience in areas such as:
- Providing support throughout the colleague life cycle
- Designing and leading colleague engagement initiatives
- Creating and introducing new policies and practices
- Facilitating organisational design and talent development initiatives
- Partnering with specialist functions such as Recruitment and Learning & Development
- Leading on complex colleague relations matters
- Managing annual people initiatives
- Exceptional, empathetic communicator able to manage and provide expert guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of solutions, adept in Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable with a range of HR technologies.
