Your new company

This is a superb opportunity to work for a hugely successful specialist construction company based in Dungannon. This company has successfully been in business for over 40 years and is a market leader in their industry delivering major projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a document controller. This is a full-time permanent job. Hours of work is Monday - Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-2.30. A total of 37 hours a week. Salary for this role is up to £32k however could pay more for the right candidate. They also offer 30 days annual leave, gym membership, a health cash plan and many other perks.

Your new role

  • Maintain and manage document control systems across live projects
  • Register, track, and distribute drawings and project documentation
  • Ensure teams are working from the latest approved drawings and revisions
  • Coordinate document flow between office teams, site staff, subcontractors, and clients
  • Maintain accurate document registers, trackers, and filing systems
  • Assist with Design & Build (D&B) tender submissions, including compiling and formatting documentation
  • Support supply chain engagement, issuing enquiries and tracking responses
  • Assist with technical submittals, ensuring documents are complete, well-presented, and aligned with project requirements
  • Support compliance documentation
  • Assist in preparing O&M manuals and as-built documentation for project handover
  • Produce and maintain simple reports to track document status and outstanding actions
