Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project document control systems
  • Track and distribute drawings, RFIs, and project documents
  • Ensure teams use up-to-date revisions
  • Coordinate documents between office, site, and subcontractors
  • Maintain registers and filing systems
  • Support tenders, technical submissions, and project handovers
  • Produce reports on document status
