Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an excellent business to recruit a Customs Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. Our client is experiencing a great period of growth within the business. This role provides the opportunity to work within a fast-paced industry within an excellent team.
The Role
- As a customs administrator you will be responsible for preparing and processing import and export documentation.
- Administrative tasks including invoicing and calculating VAT.
- Completing declarations ensuring a high level of compliance.
- Ensuring excellent customer service, dealing with inbound queries and providing accurate information regarding shipments.
The Right Person
- You must have previous administrative experience working across customs or a similar field.
- Able to provide high level customer service.
- Confident, with the ability to pick up IT systems with ease.
- An excellent multitasker and someone who is confident working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
The package for this role includes a salary of £35,000 depending on experience. Based in Dungannon, this role offers a working week of Monday- Friday, with opportunities for hybrid working.
