The Customer Account Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of a key customer account, ensuring all orders are processed, produced, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for an engineering client, building strong relationships and understanding requirements.
  • Process customer orders accurately, checking specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects into production.
  • Liaise with production and monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues.
  • Ensure products are correctly labelled and all documentation (e.g. packing lists and delivery notes) is accurate.
  • Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment.
  • Support the accurate and timely invoicing and financial completion of orders.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer-focused role, 3+ Years.
  • Strong administrative skills and order processing.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in order accuracy and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments.

Working pattern - Monday to Friday 30 - 40 hours per week.
