Our client in the Dungannon area are seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Architectural Technician to join a busy and collaborative design team working across a diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation to agreed deadlines
- Develop detailed design solutions from general arrangement drawings and project briefs
- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordinate and manage design information throughout project stages
- Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant codes, standards, and health & safety regulations
- Work closely with the wider design team to support successful project delivery
- Maintain CAD standards and document control procedures
- Assist with project coordination and technical detailing
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification in Architecture, Construction, CAD, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience within an architectural or design environment
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience producing detailed architectural and technical drawing packages
- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
