Deputy Payroll Service Delivery Manager urgently required to join the Belfast Trust with the BSO, The Position will be based in Belfast City Centre. This role will offer full-time hours working between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of Β£19.10. Initially the role will be on a temporary basis for 3 months with possibility of an extension based on job performance. Main duties will include delegation of Payroll Issues to Payroll Team Leaders and Payroll Officers, Reports to Senior management, provide advice to HSC on payroll, recruitment and disciplinary issues. Lead team analysis, investigations and resolution of complaints, create reports , recruitment, help with Audits.
