You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care and supporting the Home Manager in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager with the overall clinical and operational leadership of the home.
- Lead, mentor and support the nursing and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Conduct care assessments, develop care plans and ensure compliance with NMC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive, safe and caring environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and development.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a care home or similar clinical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
