About Us: Our Smiles, Ballymena practice is part of the Smart group with 100+ surgeries across 35 practices, offering a wide range of services including aligners, complex implants, endodontics, restorative dentistry, and NHS care. We are a modern, growing practice with a welcoming team and a strong focus on patient care.
The Role: We're looking for a warm and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 32 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required depending on clinic hours. Working hours will be discussed during the interview stage. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their dental journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
- Manage Treatment Plans: Coordinate finance applications, payment processes, and treatment scheduling.
- Marketing & Events: Support marketing initiatives and practice open days.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the reception and nursing teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Patient Engagement: Welcome new patients, explain treatment and payment options, and assist with treatment planning.
- Organisation: Maintain accurate patient records, manage appointments, and respond to enquiries professionally.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dental practice (Dental Nursing experience is a bonus).
- Qualifications: GDC registration or prior Treatment Coordinator experience is essential.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent teamwork, and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with procedures like implants, composite bonding, and aligners.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using dental software, scanners, and Microsoft Office.
- Customer Service: A people person with a flexible, patient-first approach.
