My client, a leading quarry machinery manufacturer in the Dungannon area, is recruiting someone to cover maternity leave for the role of Dealer Support Administrator. The primary function of the role is to administer the order processing, financing, and machine delivery for the company. A strong general administration background from any sector is required for the position.
On offer is an above market rate salary, bonus, pension, market leading holidays, private healthcare, and a lunchtime finish every Friday.
Role - Dealer Support Administrator
- Administers and creates Customer Quotes, Transport Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Order Acknowledgements, Works Orders, etc via CPQ.
- Receives information to prepare an order and has a clear understanding of production processes in order to provide accurate confirmed orders.
- Communicates order changes and updates to all internal parties (CSR Team, Transport, Operations, Management).
- Fully understands Internal Sales processes and Transport roles, to be able to provide cover in each discipline (CSR / Transport).
- Operates ERP System and CPQ.
- Monitors and evaluates all orders and sales processes.
