About the role: Β£13.26 per hour 40 hours variable Monday β Sunday Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing Please note closing date for this vacancy is 7th July 2025 β however you can register your interest for other upcoming vacancies by applying today Duties include: Customer service queries via telephone. Supervision and training, providing advice and guidance for the public. All routine and repetitive processes are governed by detailed written instructions. Processes and procedures requiring a working knowledge of Housing Services section. Criteria: Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification* (Level 3) plus at least one years relevant customer service or general administrative experience Or Have five GCSEs* (Level 2) , or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years relevant customer service or general administrative experience Or Can demonstrate three years experience in a customer advisor role and can demonstrate ongoing learning through completion of relevant courses and/or through relevant supported work place or on-the-job training Candidates must demonstrate the relevant number of years experience in each of the following: (i)Experience of direct delivery of relevant customer service to the public via telephone or face to face (ii)Experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment (iii)Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
