Are you an experienced Transport Clerk or Coordinator? Do you want to develop your career with further professional growth opportunities? We're partnering with a well-established distribution business based in Nutts Corner to support them in the recruitment of an additional Transport Team Leader. The operation is fast-moving, customer-focused and highly service-driven. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an additional logistics professional to the team to support the day-to-day running of the fleet and ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the transport department, managing drivers, monitoring compliance and supporting operational reporting.

The Role
  • Oversee day-to-day transport operations within the depot
  • Ensure all vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time
  • Monitor routes and proactively resolve delivery or service issues
  • Manage, support and debrief drivers throughout shifts
  • Handle route queries, operational issues and driver concerns in real time
  • Support route planning and next-day operational preparation
  • Assist with rostering, scheduling and transport administration
