The Deluxe Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Head of HR in delivering an effective recruitment and resourcing function across the business. This role will focus primarily on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while supporting workforce planning initiatives across multiple projects and departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employer branding, improving recruitment processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys building strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
- Build and manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and recruitment vendors
- Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation and company policies
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Assist with HR administration and maintaining accurate employee records
- Prepare FEC annual reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- Third Level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or a minimum of 3 years experience within a recruitment or HR function
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Working knowledge of HR legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Desirable Criteria
- Experience and knowledge of UK Home Office requirements
- Experience in international recruitment
- Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, or specialist trades environments
