As a Production Team Leader, you will take ownership of a production line, leading a team of up to 17 operatives to deliver on key performance targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team on the production line
- Driving health & safety and food safety standards at all times
- Ensuring team engagement, performance and attendance
- Delivering against OEE, efficiency and waste targets
- Monitoring production output and resolving issues in real-time
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Previous experience in a team leader / supervisor role within manufacturing (food experience desirable) is required. A strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards is essential, along with experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive performance and meet operational targets.

- Evening Shift (Mon-Thurs 14:30-01:00): £17.50 per hour
- Weekend Shift (Sat & Sun flexible weekdays): £17.50 per hour
