Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly organised Service Support Executive to join our Service team at Prentice Portadown. This is an exciting opportunity to work with two premium automotive brands (BMW & Mini), supporting our Service and Sales departments while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey. This role is a back of house role designed to assist the efficient day to day running of a fast paced service department.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday (rota basis): 9:00am - 1:00pm

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Service and Sales teams. Duties will include:

  • Assisting with inbound and outbound service department enquiries
  • Supporting Service Advisors with administrative duties
  • Managing and updating CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records
  • Handling customer queries professionally and promptly
  • Accurately costing retail, warranty and internal repair orders in line with manufacturer and company guidelines.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in an automotive, service, or administrative role (preferred)
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be highly computer literate with experience using CRM systems
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
