We are now seeking to expand our current team with an additional Sales Administrator to join our team in Portadown.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm & Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm
The Role: The purpose of the Sales Administrator is to provide administrative support to the sales team across the Portadown site. The Sales Administrator will ensure each customer order meets the specified requirements and that the administrative tasks associated with ordering, processing and delivering a vehicle are completed accurately and on time.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent administration with at least two years sales administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry. This role will suit someone with a genuine desire to offer excellent customer service. Given the nature of the job, the ability to process information accurately and efficiently is essential. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with others and have excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications. Preference will be given to those applicants with taxing vehicles, working knowledge of Keyloop computer system, deal file and previous experience in the car industry.
