Administration Support Officers required to work alongside our public sector client Business Service Organisation. These posts are based at Rosewood Villa, Loughgall Road, Armagh. (Once training is complete these roles will be hybrid 2 days at home and 3 days office based). These are ongoing temporary positions working within the recruitment team, initially for 3 months with an immediate start. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. The hourly rate is £12.71 per hour.

Main duties:

  • Provide admin support to the recruitment teams
  • Data entry - uploading pre-employment documents
  • Cleansing and archiving records
  • Reception cover when required

What We Need From You:

  • 5 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths
  • 6 Months admin experience
