Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager Portadown - £40,000 - £60,000 - Full-Time, Permanent Black Fox Solutions are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager for a leading contractor based in Portadown.
The Role
Manage project costs, valuations, subcontractor payments, and contract variations. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects run to programme. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates. Review site records and support contract delivery from start to completion. Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with senior management. Criteria Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Project Manager. Previous Main Contractor experience. Strong knowledge of cost management, valuations, and contract administration. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar. Full Driving Licence. Social Housing and NEC contract experience desirable Skills: Surveying NEC Contracts Social Housing
