Position: PPM Co-Ordinator

Department: PPM Division

Reporting to: Planned Services Manager

Status of post: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Remuneration Package will be competitive and in line with experience

Location: Portadown Office

Job Description: This role will be pivotal to Irwin M&E's ongoing growth and success and the job role will include:

  • Organising Planned Maintenance & remedial tasks
  • Allocating labour and resources to tasks
  • Initiate work order management and tracking
  • Responsibility for development and delivery on a variety of contracts on time and within budgets in order to maximise profit potential
  • Oversee and control work instructions for Planned Maintenance & remedial tasks
  • Monitor departmental KPI scores to drive improvement
  • Implement procedures to achieve customer satisfaction upon project completion
  • Working alongside contract supervisors and contract managers in planning, scheduling and carrying out work
  • Ensuring client works are completed within deadlines for queries and invoice instructions
  • Planning and preparing sales invoices
  • Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be computer literate with a knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good team ethos
  • Articulate with clear verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within an office environment would be advantageous
