An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator based in Craigavon. Reporting to the Financial Director, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the accurate processing of weekly and monthly payrolls and will support the wider finance and HR functions. This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Craigavon. You will work with an international, result-driven and energetic team of professionals. Main Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage weekly and monthly payroll processing and approvals (approx. 100 employees)
- Handle payroll queries promptly and professionally
- Provide payroll reports to the finance team for month end reporting
- Maintain time and attendance recording systems and support HR processes
- Administer auto enrolment pension schemes and liaise with pension providers
- Keep up to date with payroll legislation and compliance
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience within a medium to large business
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, employer obligations and pensions
- Proficient using payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organisational, planning and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to payroll, pension and personnel information
Desirable Criteria:
- CIPP, IPASS, AAT Payroll or equivalent payroll qualification
