Our client, an established and growing business within the industrial sector is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and drive its marketing function across the UK. Operating across three sites in Northern Ireland and England, this is a key role where you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy, while remaining hands-on in delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution and wants to make a real impact in a growing business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and developing the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth
  • Planning and delivering campaigns across NI and UK markets
  • Managing and optimising the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance
  • Leading on content creation across social media, email, and case studies
  • Driving lead generation in collaboration with the sales team
  • Coordinating marketing activity across multiple sites
  • Overseeing branding, messaging, and all marketing materials
  • Monitoring performance, analysing data, and refining strategy
  • Supporting events, trade shows, and product launches

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Executive/Manager role (ideally B2B)
  • Strong experience in both strategy and hands-on delivery
  • Excellent content creation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, website, SEO)
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
