We are hiring for our client, a market-leading, fast-growing organisation, who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team based in Craigavon/Portadown. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to join a dynamic business in growth mode, providing operational and strategic HR support across multiple sites.
The successful HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager, supporting employee relations, people initiatives, recruitment, compliance, and wider HR projects across the business.

The Role
- Support delivery of the people strategy and HR KPIs including absence, retention and turnover
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and absence management
- Lead and support TUPE transfers across the business
- Ensure HR systems and employee data remain accurate and compliant
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training activities
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing and diversity initiatives
- Collaborate on workforce planning and HR projects
- Support cross-site HR activities and continuous improvement initiatives
The Person
- Proven experience in a HR Advisor role with strong employee relations and TUPE exposure
- CIPD qualified
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience within a fast-paced industry environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working with HR systems and HR reporting
