Pay rate: £14.25 per hour

X2 Roles available:

  • 1) Hours: 6:30am - 6:30pm Rotating shift
  • Week 1: Monday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday (55 hours)
  • Week 2: Wednesday / Thursday (22 hours)
  • OR 2) Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

About the Role:

Staffline are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver (Counterbalance or Reach) to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Craigavon. The role involves working in a cold-store environment (temperatures as low as -18C) to support the movement, loading, and organisation of products across the site. This position is ideal for a reliable and safety-minded forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Counterbalance or Reach Forklift to move, load, and unload products safely.
  • Maintain an organised and tidy work environment in the store, yard, and factory.
  • Carry out daily equipment checks and report any forklift defects promptly.
  • Complete temperature checks and record machine input/output levels.
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual handling where required.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence
  • Proven forklift driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Comfortable working in a cold-store environment (PPE provided)
