The Role:
Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision-making. Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Prepare management reports and provide meaningful business insights. Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting. Build strong relationships with operational teams to support business performance. The Person: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA). Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to influence decision-making.
