Your new role involves working from 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to do a month on night shift once every six months, which is paid at a premium. This is a really interesting role because their equipment and processes are unique and bespoke to them, designed specifically for their products. It is multi-skilled, hands-on, and would really suit you if you're interested in high earnings through overtime and being involved in projects.
