Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a well-known bank to recruit a Customer Support Advisor, based in Portadown. This is a great entry-level route into a respected financial institution, offered on a full-time, temporary and ongoing basis. You'll also benefit from a structured training programme. Following completion of training, hybrid working will be available.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play an important part in day-to-day operations by delivering high-quality customer support for one of Northern Ireland's leading banks. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries through phone, email and other channels in a timely, professional manner.
- Entering, updating and processing information accurately across internal systems.
- Keeping records current, complete and well organised.
- Providing general administrative support, including document preparation and basic system upkeep.
