The Company’s significant growth over recent years has meant investment in a new state of the art manufacturing facility and Head Office in Portadown. We continue to provide high end quality fit out and manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Commercial Offices, and Theme Parks. The Deluxe Group has a deserved reputation as a quality player in its chosen markets of bespoke joinery, fit-out, theming, and marine.

This position is based at our Head Office, Portadown, Co. Armagh with limited travel. The successful applicant must be flexible and willing to travel to the project as required.

Your role as an Assistant Projects Manager:

  • Support the Project Management team with successful delivery of allocated project(s).
  • Liaise with Clients, Site Managers, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement schedule of works from start to completion.
  • Organise and co-ordinate all project requirements e.g. materials, resources, logistics etc.
  • Support with the identification of subcontractors, as necessary.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance of all necessary Health and Safety requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role preferably within marine or a strong interest in developing marine knowledge.
  • A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Possess a proactive and innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues.
