Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with a market-leading organisation to recruit a Project Administrator for their Cookstown office. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, supporting project administration, and ensuring effective communication across internal departments. Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing quotations, orders, and general correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinating the flow of customer enquiries and order information, ensuring all requests are monitored, processed, and followed through efficiently.
- Preparing and sharing regular updates on enquiry activity and order progress with internal teams to support effective planning and communication.
- Liaising closely with production, dispatch, sales, and other internal departments to monitor lead times and ensure customers receive accurate updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Supporting the wider administration function through accurate record keeping, document management, and general office coordination duties.
- Building effective working relationships across multiple departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to support business operations.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a customer service, administration, or coordination role and will be confident managing multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and good IT proficiency are essential.
The package on offer includes a salary of £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience, Monday to Friday working hours, an early finish Friday and on-site parking.
