Role Overview
Rosewood Bespoke Joinery are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in bespoke joinery and manufacturing operations. Proven ability to lead workshop teams, drive productivity, manage complex production schedules and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Commercially aware, safety-focused, and practical in approach with a strong understanding of CAD-driven manufacture, cutting lists and continuous improvement.

What you'll do
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day production operations within a busy joinery workshop.
- Planning and controlling workloads across machining, assembly, finishing and installation preparation.
- Managing skilled tradesmen to meet programme and quality expectations.
- Liaising closely with design, estimating and commercial teams to align production with contract requirements.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, COSHH and machinery guarding standards.
- Overseeing procurement of materials, subcontract services and plant requirements.
