Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in Cookstown, is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their team.

The Role

  • Support the electrical engineering team across live projects, gaining hands-on exposure to design, testing, and commissioning.
  • Assist with the design and development of electrical systems, panels, and control equipment.
  • Work alongside senior engineers to build technical and practical skills.
  • Support fault-finding, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Assist with technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Progress through a structured development programme toward full engineering responsibility.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant health & safety and industry standards.

The Candidate

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or due to graduate).
  • Strong academic record with a genuine interest in electrical/manufacturing engineering.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
