First Choice Selection Services is recruiting for a Domestic Supervisor to oversee domestic services across Community Trust buildings, including health centres, throughout the Cookstown, Magherafelt and Maghera areas.
Location: Community Trust buildings across Cookstown, Magherafelt & Maghera
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm or 9:00am - 3:00pm)
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Contract: Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting domestic staff across multiple Community Trust sites.
- Planning and managing staff rotas to ensure adequate service provision.
- Completing regular quality audits and monitoring cleaning standards.
- Reviewing and processing weekly and monthly staff timesheets.
- Delivering inductions, training and ongoing support to domestic staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
- Recording and reporting staff sickness and arranging appropriate cover where required.
What We Need From You:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience within a domestic, cleaning, facilities or housekeeping environment.
- Full UK driving licence with access to transport, as travel between sites is essential.
- Competent in completing administrative tasks, including rotas, audits and timesheets.
