Bela Recruitment is hiring a Senior Brand Executive (Marketing Manager) in Cookstown, Northern Ireland. Part of a wider group of companies with a significant turnover and headcount, this new business already has a £15M+ turnover and is growing. This growth is attributed to innovation in the sector, trust in their brand, investment in manufacturing, and strong marketing activity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement across all products.
  • Develop and implement annual brand plan and budgets.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, analyse sales information, and conduct market research to drive marketing strategy.
  • Plan and deliver all marketing campaigns, to timescales and within budgets, such as New Product Launches, manage websites, build photograph and video portfolio.
  • Creative development, visual and messaging.
  • Video and CGI creation.
  • Technical and Promotional Literature, taking ownership of brief, copy content, photography, design, production, and distribution.
  • Advertising campaigns, Direct Mail, PR, Events, Point of Sale, Social Media, PPC Campaigns, Email Marketing.
  • Provide marketing support for sales teams, agents, distributors, and customers.
  • Support junior marketing team with development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years B2B Marketing Experience.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject.
  • Ideally experience of marketing in construction or manufacturing sector, but will consider other sectors.
  • Ability to learn technical information and communicate it in a simplified and accessible way.
  • Strong people, project, and organisational skills.
  • Strong experience across a range of marketing formats: Digital, SEO, Email, Socials, Traditional, Events.
  • Excellent communication skills, driven to succeed, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing projects that drive effective sales, growth, and market share.
