Our client, a highly respected and long-established law firm with offices in both Co. Down and Belfast, is seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for excellence and a loyal client base, the firm is entering an exciting phase of expansion. The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied residential and/or commercial conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from either the Co. Down or Belfast office or flexibly across both, depending on what best suits their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling residential and/or commercial conveyancing files independently
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documentation, and searches
- Managing completions and post-completion matters
- Ensuring all regulatory compliance and AML requirements are met
- Providing an exceptional standard of client care
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing (more or less may be considered)
- Solid technical knowledge of property law
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A client-focused, solution-driven approach
