About Us

Olympic Lifts is a leading provider of lift installation, maintenance, and modernisation services across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and commercially focused Contract Sales Executive to join our team.

The Role

As a Contract Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships, with a focus on selling lift maintenance, repairs, modernisation packages, and service contracts. This will involve close collaboration with internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new lift maintenance and service contract opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
  • Organise site surveys for the technical team to assess lift systems and recommend service solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
  • Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery

About You

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B preferred)
  • Experience selling service or maintenance contracts is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well organised
  • Desirable (but not essential): Experience within the lift, engineering, construction, or facilities management sector
  • Technical understanding of lift systems
  • Knowledge of service contracts or compliance-driven industries
