The Opportunity

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of high-value commercial contracts.
  • Providing commercially focused legal advice across departments and to senior leadership.

  • Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risk in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Supporting compliance, governance, and process improvements as the legal team evolves.
