Were looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring our workplace continues to be a great place to work.
Key
Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, training and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals Partner with management to identify talent needs and growth opportunities Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture Handle conflict resolution and provide coaching and support to employees and managers.
Work with and support the leadership team to grow the business through effective people strategies.
About you At least 3 years experience in a similar level role CIPD qualified.
Good working knowledge of employment law and regulations in GB and NI.
Experience of working with unions and in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and ability to balance hands-on tasks with more strategic projects.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across the business.
