Electrician urgently required to work with our client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Coleraine. The role offers £16.90 - £18.85 per hour (depending on experience), working Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:40pm, with an immediate start. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months, with potential to be extended and opportunities for a permanent role.

The successful candidate will carry out all necessary electrical work in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive properties and buildings. Key duties include:

  • Undertake all electrical work, including first and second fix tasks for maintenance, refurbishment, and construction projects
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to Housing Executive properties
  • Conduct electrical inspections, health & safety testing, and smoke alarm checks/replacements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and liaise with residents as required

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 Year relevant experience
  • Basic AccessNI check required
