We are currently recruiting Compassionate Care Assistants for a private Nursing home located in Coleraine, providing high-quality care to vulnerable elderly patients in a supportive and respectful environment. This setting has age ranges from 18-111. This care home includes 80 rooms with a maximum of 75 Service users.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the service users by providing person-centred care to individuals with:

  • Dementia
  • Nursing needs
  • Physical disabilities
  • Visual/Hearing Impairment
  • Younger adults
  • Mental health conditions

Your duties will include assisting with personal care, mobility support, daily living activities, enriching the lives of residents through the delivery of activities, and offering emotional reassurance and companionship.

With weekly ongoing requirements, we can offer at your preference for full time, part time and ad hoc shifts throughout various homes with a pay rate of £13.50 - £17.50 depending on the shift worked. Day and Night duty shifts available. Floor and 1-1 shifts are available.

What We Need From You:

  • 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
