Location: Castlewellan - Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (40 hours per week)

Reactive Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading food manufacturer based in Castlewellan, who are currently seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities aimed at increasing the company profile in the ROI market.
  • Build and maintain strategic business partnerships with multiples and key customers in the ROI market.
  • Manage key accounts at head office level.
  • Act as primary commercial contact for key customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Account Management and/or Business Development Management in NI, UK, ROI markets (ROI market is advantageous).
  • Experience within FMCG sector is essential (Frozen & Chilled specifically is advantageous).
  • Proven track record of sales achievement in a challenging environment.
  • Understanding of sales related financial data (i.e. profit margins, cost of sales).
