We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our expert sales team at Bells Crossgar Motors. You will have a key role in delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customers journey, from first enquiry to the handover process. You must have strong communication and computer skills with a positive and confident attitude and a passion for selling cars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Point of Contact between the Customer and the Dealership.
- Greeting, listening and understanding the customers needs and requirements.
- Deliver proficient knowledge and customer-focused service throughout the car buying process.
- Provide available finance options, warranty coverage, accessory options, and contract terms while managing price negotiations.
- Assist with set up and placement of cars in showroom, forecourt and backlot.
- Complete all required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure every sold vehicle undergoes showroom condition preparation before customer handover.
