FLT Counterbalance Driver - Temp Ongoing Location: Belfast Pay Rate: Β£14.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday Initial shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm Moving to: 6:00am - 2:00pm Reed is currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a busy chemical manufacturing and distribution site in Belfast. This is an excellent ongoing opportunity offering full training and consistent weekday hours. Main Duties Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to safely move chemical products Loading and unloading deliveries, including drums, IBCs, pallets, and containers Transporting goods between warehouse, storage, and production areas Supplying materials to operational areas as required Carrying out daily FLT safety checks and basic equipment inspections Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations Following COSHH procedures and site-specific chemical handling guidelines Maintaining clean, tidy, and organised work areas Reporting faults, damages, spillages, or safety concerns to supervisors Assisting with stock control and inventory recording where required Experience operating an Aisle Master / Articulated FLT would be a distinct advantage.
