What you'll do
- Provide administrative support across the dealership
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Process paperwork relating to vehicle sales and servicing

- Liaise with internal departments including sales and service teams
- Assist with invoicing, filing and document management
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for customers and visitors
