Responsibilities:
- Fully explain features and benefits, arranging and performing online screen sharing demonstrations as necessary
- Generating revenue from both existing customers and new prospects
- Following up on internal and website leads
- After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied
- Obtaining additional orders or referrals from current customers
- Any other duties the role may involve
Person Specification:
- Customer facing experience in a B2B or B2C sales role is preferred but is not essential
- Comfortable being targeted on winning new business and generating profitable revenue
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A desire to hit targets in order to maximise your earnings
- Team player
The Rewards:
The successful Telesales Advisor will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus uncapped earning potential with commission and an annual merit based pay appraisal with an opportunity for an annual pay increase.
