The Graduate Technology Recruitment Consultant role offers direct exposure to senior leaders and decision-makers within client organizations. The role is fast paced, varied, and designed to help you continuously develop new skills while building a successful career in recruitment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Networking within the technology market identifying and engaging prospective candidates while building long-term relationships
- Executive search headhunting specialist and senior-level technology talent
- Screening and liaising with candidates to understand their technical skills, career goals, and role requirements
- Mapping the technology landscape researching market trends, skills demand, and industry developments
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, including facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates and providing feedback

Previous recruitment experience is not required. We select candidates based on strong academic background, potential, and transferable skills. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence building professional relationships
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, as we operate in an autonomous, non-micro-managed environment
- An interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts within the IT space
