My client would consider candidates on a reduced 4-day week. Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5 with a 1-hour lunch break and hybrid policy of up to three days offsite, two days onsite.

What you'll do
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the organisation's Talent & Development strategy
- Support embedding structured talent pipelines and succession frameworks
- Oversee delivery of development programmes aligned with current and future capability needs
- Manage governance processes ensuring regulatory and scheme compliance
- Play a key role in workforce planning through review and analysis of development activities
- Foster continuous improvement initiatives within the learning and development function
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure talent development aligns with organisational objectives
