Fantastic opportunity for an individual to join as a Food Service Manager in a thriving food service company. The Role:

  • Our Belfast marketplace team is growing, and we're looking for dedicated, driven individuals to help us continue our success in achieving the EIQA (Excellence Ireland Quality Association) award.
  • This opportunity is Belfast-based only.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who is looking to progress into a management position.
  • In addition to a competitive base salary, the role offers a 10% store discount, bonus scheme, wellbeing incentives, structured development plans, in-store progression opportunities, and a pension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the fresh, frozen, and foodservice department, ensuring all operational standards are met (including handling products such as meat and dairy where required).
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Implement promotions in line with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the re-order team to maintain accurate stock levels and take ownership of specific orders when necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a strong passion for the brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and fostering loyalty.
  • Uphold leadership values, taking accountability for meeting and exceeding targets.

Working Hours:

38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (flexibility required).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
