The role:

  • You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
  • To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centred philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
  • Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate.
  • Shadow the Nurse manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed.
  • Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse.
  • 6+ months of Nurse experience.
  • A Valid NMC Pin.
