About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented service operator for the sortation, validating, scanning and processing of returned customer forms and documents across both paper based and system based workflows. The ideal candidate will have accurate data entry and strong organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and scan all incoming post.
- Review, verify and validate returned forms & documentation.
- Accurate data entry on customer case management systems.
- Maintaining various spreadsheet records.
- Secure filing of hardcopy documents.
- Any other ad hoc client administration as required for business processing.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous administration experience in regulated industries is advantageous.
- Experience with document verification or compliance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, adhering to precise processes, and escalating queries as necessary.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
