  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the public sector or recruiting for public sector clients
  • A strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering against client requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
